Day Fifty-Four - For The Rest Of Us

[yes, all of these posts are late - I neglected to mention that I was away from my femputer for a few days - let's just pretend, okay?]

Today was Festivus! I am a big Seinfeld fan and I have always meant to celebrate it, but wanted to do it properly and since I'm usually not @ home on this day, it's kinda impossible. But not this year. So today I celebrated Festivus!

I fashioned a Festivus pole out of a old kitchen roll tube and some tin foil [although I find that more distracting than tinsel to be honest]. Then Joseph and I had the Airing of Grievances during the advert breaks of National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. He made some good points, but neglected to mention the big clothing pile until after I prompted him, therefore I feel like that's the big okay to not clean that up yet. I had some problems with him waiting so long to do the washing up and also him zoning out while watching TV and playing videogames.

Then we couldn't decide who was the Head of Household for the Feats of Strength [I used to be the breadwinner, but I'm unemployed now], but ultimately I did pin him [while he was already lying down - but whatever, still counts] and that ultimately brought Festivus to a conclusion.
